I was worked at the company who has a beautiful & inspiring spirit called unyielding integrity.

It means the employee should deliver a commitments with honesty and fairness in action. No matter what situation and condition there will be no compromise on integrity. Integrity is also a commitment to searching for and acting on the truth. I so honored to work with them beyond any doubt.

And decision has to be made when the management didn’t walk the talk and make many excuses on behalf of performance sake. Delivered a commitment is a must but delivered a fake commitment is really embarrassed professionalism.

I choose to leave even some of them dubbed me as a looser. For me integrity means respect myself not only a matter of performance.

But the spirit of integrity keep inspired me the confidence to stand up from any scrutiny. Until now.

We should have a goal to celebrate life in some way everyday.

It is not mean that we are not work seriously, but more than how to enjoy what we already done. To energize the excitement and passion back to the maximum capacity.

This is a list of 20 simple things of joys to help remind you to slow down, celebrate life, and enjoy the moment!

Have an afternoon coffee table with an outdoor set up. Enjoying the evening with some friends – Sometimes great idea come up from a chit chat.
Bike to Work – Move your body & stay healthy. Sport will become a precious things when we on rush with many things happen. But without good blood circulatory and fit condition are difficult to concentration also.
Call an old friend just for say ‘hi’. Many surprises can happen if we do this!
Watch the sunset – Take a rest during sunset to see a beautiful red sky. God’s little gift for the day.
Listen to a music – Music can create a mood. Choose “my theme song” of the year and listen with loud when we are on weary.
Read a comics – Read a funny comics will refresh the mind and give a deep breath a while.
Plant pots of brightly colored flowers – Taking care of them and feel the happiness when they’re blooming.
Join ‘body combat’ class – use it to express and dump our anger, puch and kick with full energy.
Take a street pictures and upload it to facebook, twitter or instagram.
Buy a gift for someone you love or arranging beautiful flower send to her/his office – Surprise is always fun!
Drink a glass of beer.
Drink a champagne for no reason at all.
Buy something that you don’t really need to – Give yourself a present after a project done.
If you work at high building climb to the roftop, look at the twinkling of the stars above and twinkling of the city lights below!
Write a love letter (not email or sms or bbm) to your partner.
Find an old pictures of your loved ones, frame it, and hang it up in a visible spot
